A little bit about me...
My name is Shari and I am a mom, grandma, ranchers wife and business woman. I have been happily married to my high school sweetheart since 1986. We have two sons and a daughter along with 13 grandchildren.

I started my first business, Western Chick "Boutique" in 2009 out of our home. My daughter was in her last year of high school and my husband and I were about to become empty nesters. I had wanted something of my own that I could do from home once we moved to our new ranch. From July of 2009 to November of 2010 I was selling on Facebook, craft shows, and local fairs. During the Christmas season of 2010 I opened a pop-up-shop in our new town and was asked to stay open. I rented a small area in a local shop and ended up purchasing the building about a year and a half later. I ran the boutique, along with a coffee and antique shop until September 2022 when I sold my building and the coffee shop portion of my business.
Since I owned my own retail business for 13 years I know the struggle of trying to keep up the back end of the business while giving your all to your customers or clients. I want to help small businesses, whether online or in a brick & mortar, simplify their life by allowing them to focus on their customers while I focus on them. Let me do for you what I didn’t allow anyone to do for me.

What is the benefit of hiring a
virtual bookkeeper?
As your small business expands, you'll probably reach a point where it is far more cost-effective to hire a virtual bookkeeper than to let it take up all of your time. You can spend that time with your clients and family if you spend less time keeping your books.
How much do you charge?
Since every business is unique, the bookkeeping needs of each business will also be unique. To ensure that you receive exactly what you need without any unnecessary additional costs, I will create a custom fixed-rate price specifically tailored to your business.
I’d like to do my own bookkeeping,
can you teach me?
No. I don't teach bookkeeping, so if you want help with it, I'd advise you to enroll in online classes.
Do you file taxes?
Just to clarify, I don’t offer tax services. My main role is to organize and prepare your financials, making them ready to be handed over to your tax preparer when the time comes.
What software do you support?
I provide monthly and quarterly bookkeeping services using Quickbooks Online as a Quickbooks Certified Pro Advisor. Quickbooks Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, and Advanced are all programs I use. There is no need to purchase a new subscription if you currently have one. I'll assist you in setting up a subscription if you don't already have one and secure a discount for you.

Can you still do our books?
Yes, I can! I collaborate virtually with every client.
Calls over the phone or video are used for meetings.
